Description from Bot
Etlgr Bot turns a Telegram chat into an email inbox: it assigns the chat its own email address, so any message sent to that address arrives right in Telegram, and you can reply from the chat to send an email back.
It is useful for people who want to monitor an inbox without switching apps, or who need a disposable address tied to a specific chat or channel.
