WebSocket TLS over Cloudflare CDN
How it works:
Data is encrypted with the MTProto.
Encrypted data convert to the WebSocket packet.
WebSocket packet encrypts with TLS.
WebSocket encrypted packet sends to the Cloudflare CDN.
Cloudflare relay the encrypted data to the Telegram Server.
