2021-08-27 16:00:12 Interesting situation with privatization of JSC Yoggar (YGGR):
- first announcement of deal was made on August 3rd, 2021 for sale of 2,900,640 shares or 89,29% of equity. Deal was not registered.
- but on August 21st, 2021 new announcement made for just 290,065 shares or 8,93% of equity at the same price of 9,270.08 UZS.
It is one of the rare cases when Government decide to sell the share partially - is it a new idea in privatization process or just some investors getting a preferred conditions in non-transparent way?
