Grounding allows the body to release these excess positive charges and absorb the negative charge from the earth.

As seen, grounding provides a range of benefits (less inflammation, less stress, better rest, etc.) that can lead to a more favorable internal environment within the body, resulting in improved mood and increased energy levels for those who practice it.

In conclusion, grounding is a simple, free and natural way to enhance overall health and well-being within everyone's reach.

2023-03-23 21:01:38 Today on 23rd March, Pluto has just bulldozer his way through the construction site that is Aquarius after almost 15 years in Capricorn.

So things are going to be a mess for a bit, so get your hardhats on.

Today for the first time since 2008 Pluto has entered Aquarius. It will only be in this sign until June 11th, then it will go back to Capricorn due to a retrograde. Pluto will then settle into Aquarius in January 2024 until the year 2044.

Consider the next few months a glimpse at the next two decades.
