There is a problem happened to some users that doesn’t allow them to join a new channel. We believe this is related to Telegram servers itself but we have 2 solution for you. 1- Delete your Bestgram and install the last version from Google Play. OR 2- Update your Bestgram to the last version, then log out from your account and log in back again.
اخیرا مشکلی برای برخی از کاربران پیش آمده که نمیتوانند در کانال جدیدی عضو شوند. ما باور داریم که این مشکل مربوط به سرور های خود تلگرام میباشد ولی برای آن ۲ راه حل داریم. ۱- بستگرام خود را پاک نموده و نسخه آخر را از گوگل پلی دانلود نمایید. یا ۲- بستگرام خود را به آخرین نسخه آپدیت کرده، سپس یکبار از اکانت خود خارج شده (Log Out) و دوباره به آن وارد شوید (Log In).
