Multiple animated emojis in a single post
In the Beta version of
Telegram for Android, the way the app displays multiple emojis in a single message has been improved (with the “Large Emoji” option enabled).
Now, if a message contains two or more emoji, they will become animated. Previously, this rule only applied to a single emoji.
Also, large emoji are not in the message bubble anymore.

Telegram for macOS, you can create your own emoji sets using the official @Stickers bot.
Currently, the bot does not have the ability to create sets and does not include information regarding the requirements for uploading emoji.
