Beta version of Telegram for Android got automatic message deletion.

The function works in all types of chats:
- Private messages.
- Groups and broadcast groups.
- Private and public channels.

To access the function in private groups, channels, and private chats, you need to go to the "Clear history" section and select "Configure auto-delete".

Two options are available to users: 24 hours (1 day), 7 days (1 week).

Beta version Telegram for Android has received support for broadcast groups. Such a group can have unlimited number of subscribers, and only chat administrators can write messages.

The difference between a broadcast group and a channel is the presence of avatars in messages, and the ability to start a voice chat, where only admins or a regular participant can speak, an admin with the right to control the voice chat should give them this opportunity.

Since this is a group, on older versions of clients the user will see that "The chat administration has forbidden him to send messages."

Now, such a group cannot be created independently, Telegram will offer to do this if there are 199,000 members in the group (that's almost the limit).

These groups are for those who mistakenly created a group instead of a channel.
