Template (#Attractive and #FirstImpression) - The Resume should have a nice (Not over design) and good template like one i have shared
Resume is divide into two parts left part (30%) and right part(70%). I prefer it in this way.
Right part : (Only important information)
Objective - Have a good objective at the starting of your resume, and mention your purpose ( Like I am seeking a job opportunity in a reputable organization that will allow me xxxxxxxxxxx ) and i prefer it in exactly 3 lines.
Hobbies (#Human) - Next you have to mention hobbies some of you mention direct Education. this makes you more human ( you know what i mean ) mention some of it. Like think of some hobbie you really have which no other candidate would have written ( Eg: for me its Playing Sudoku)
Education - Highest to lowest - BE , 12 , 10 (College/school name , percentage, year)
Projects - Mention projects ( best to have 3 projects ) and add description of the project (What does your project do)
Skills - Categories your skills as in the format
Certificate & Internship - Write certificates if you have or internship ( if you have )
Extra Curriculum activities - This part will tell how involved you are. Mention everything apart from academic (Idea presentation, Volunteers/coordinators, Workshops, )
Declaration - Just as it is in format and on right side mention your name
Left part : (Extra information)
(note-you can write first personal details then contact details too)
Contact: Write your address, phone, email, LinkedIn account link (I prefer)
Personal Details : dob , father's and mother's name, gender,age.marital status, nationality
Languages : Mention them
Other Important things
Always keep your file in pdf format only.
resumes should not exceed more than 2 page.
file name should me your fullname-Resume.pdf
