Human Resources Assistant/Consultant needed!

Requirement/Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field;
· Minimum of two years of experience in a human resources role;
· Experience working with international donor organizations and experience with USAID preferred;
· Familiarity with Ethiopia labor law;
· Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills;
· Through understanding of and ability to analyze human resources functions;
