They letting in anyone irrespective of timeslot who came first. I got in at 9:40 and came out by 10:05.
One of my friend who have slot at 8 am said they are approving by asking just 4 or 5 questions.
When I'm outside the consulate and in the waiting area saw many people with their passport in hand. Also seen 3-4 persons with green colour passports. Thought Bangladeshis.

VO: Good morning
Me: Good morning sir
VO: why r u going to US?
Me: For masters in mis
VO: why mis?
Me: Right from childhood I always wanted to work in leadership roles in the organisation I work.( He is staring at me with widened eyes, just looking at me. During the previous interview before me, he was typing and doing something else)
VO: how this course going to let u do that?
Me: Sir, mis is a system which gathers all the info from an organisation and this data is used to predict profits for the company based on the past performance. Given an example too.
VO: Tell me about any 3 courses in ur program.
Me: mentioned three courses
VO: okay tell me about System analysis and design?(this is the 3rd course i mentioned)
(he is just staring at me still)( I'm fumbled, but tried to say something.)
Me: Explained it with an example
( he is still looking I am terrified and said)
Me: I don't have complete knowledge on this course but I will learn it further.
VO: You don't know about the course you going to study?
Me: I know sir. I can say about some other courses.
VO: okay go on
Me: said about the other course.
VO: while saying that he passed me a white page saying ur visa is under review blah blah
Me: is it under 221g?
VO: No, 214B
The Chinese guy dressed like PM modi today, also heard he is wishing people "namastey".
I shouldn't have said that "I don't have complete knowledge". Moreover he is just staring at me that tore my confidence. From few days peope were saying kolkata interview is all about knowledge in program and courses. Yes it is 100% true.

As they say Delhi is a big consulate, yes surely it is. There are H1 applicants as many as F1 and others. I don't know about the approval rate in delhi bcz I was minding my own business just recapitulating the answer in mind.
I reached embassy at 8am had to stay outside until it is 9:30 or more. Again we have to wait in the waiting room inside. After that again before the counters we need to wait. Whatever it is my interview was held at the time slot I was given, it is a coincidence.

VO( short black hair and skinny): Where are you heading?
Me: I am going to University of Memphis to pursue MS in IS
VO: Why this univ?
Me: I did a lot of research online regarding the courses offered in Info Systems program. I choosen this univ bcz they are offering a blend of courses that includes Business ML, DBMS and System analysis and design. Also the professors are having a lot of experience, for instance, Dr. XYZ have 40 years of exp in Databases and Dr.ABC is having 30yrs exp in Sys and analysis. Said about the accreditation of the school.
VO: When you graduated?
Me: I received my graduation degree in July, 2021.
VO: What you did since then?
Me: I did a course completion on SQL which is a DBMS in Udemy have a crtf as well and after that I got offer from Infosys (She was just typing until then and turned her face looking at me) for 2 and half months.
