Me: Yes officer and after that i prepared and taken IELTS and GRE test. And unfortunately i had to defer my intake due to the unavailability of visa appointment.

Let me retype the scripture as I remember it. Obviously, there might be some differences.

Me: Good morning!
VO: Good morning! How are you?
Me: Thanx, I feel just perfect!
VO: Fine, so what is your intention in participating in the US?
Me: I want to obtain a Masters degree in Computer Science at Maharishi International University.
VO: What is your background education, bachelor's degree?
Me: I have received my bachelor's in Uzbekistan at the branch of Italian university - Turin Polytechnic University.
VO: Ok. Where do you work?
Me: I work at the Ministry of Innovative Development as a Senior .. e.. e.. um.. (just imagine, could not recall my position! It was pathetic and I went into more panic) Senior Researcher in the branch of the National Office for Innovations. (while he was writing) I help scientists and startupers to build their projects and bring it to real life as a product.
VO: Is it government of private?
Me: It is government.
VO: What is your salary?
Me: It is $x.
VO: Ok. Here you have got a Japanese visa in your passport I see...
Me: Yes, it was a trip as a tourist. Gorgeous place...
VO: Ughum... (After typing for about may be as it seemed to me as 5 minutes, not aware how much time was it actually) Unfortunately I cannot issue your visa this time.

I was nervous. I remember how he looked at my body once between questions and I saw that I was trembling a bit. I didn't hold eye contact accurately. I just forgot about it. I was stressed and stretched like a spring. You could just light up a lightbulb given it to my hands.

Supposed reasons I failed:
#1 - I was too late. I have just lost a heckload of time to get I 20 and the schedule probably was full. Not sure, but the fact I was so late just amplified my mistakes in the eyes of the VO.
#2 - He asked me about my job, but I did not show my resume or didn't at least offer him to look at it. No answer should be given with no document following right away belonging to the matter (fix me if I am wrong, please)
#3 - I did not offer him a salary report and other sources of income, the time he asked me about my earnings.
#4 - No eye contact and too much of stress. Had to make a bit of training on that.

Any thoughts and ideas from you guys, I would appreciate a lot!

Payed the visa fee on March 11, Booked the slots for may 31 and later rescheduled to May 17 and then rescheduled again to April 18 on April 14. I booked the slots myself. Used Discord for slot notifications.

There were 3 people in front of me. First two guys didn’t speak well but they got it approved so it gave me some confidence. The guy before me got his visa rejected already but he didn’t make any changes to ds160. Hence he’s rejected again.

For example It has Centre of Business analytics which has completed 65 community projects out of which 59 projects were completed by MSBA program students. As a part of Course structure I’ll be working on this project from Day 1 which will help me to showcase my technical skills and the best part is that I’ll working with the profess who is the co founder of MSBA program and the centre of Business analytics. (Interrupted)

VO: Great, When you mean Projects, are they related to Job opportunities?
Me: No, These are applied projects and they are part of course structure.

VO: Do you have educational loan.
Me: Yes I have loan of XX lakhs from this bank.

VO: Did you work in Malaysia ?
Me: No, I visited Malaysia and New Zealand as a tourist, However I have 3 years of work experience in Australia

Came outside the consulate and Had a Jersey railway station moment
Interview time was about 40 Seconds and he was approving everyone who spoke properly.

Tip: For why this university try to make your answer unique and avoid saying the same answer which everyone says ‘It has best course structure or best ranking etc’.

Me: after my course completion I would return to India for my license conversation in dgca so that I will be eligible for working in Indian airline.
Vo :oh, so you want to do an airline job, Which airline do you wanna work with?
Me: I want to work with airindia.
Vo : And why?
Me: it's one of the largest and oldest airlines in india also now occupied by Tata group. And Construction engineering management program is offered by limited universities and I found UAB best among them. And it has highly advanced lab equipment such as concrete mixing equipment, soil testing equipment and it also has highly advanced computer labs for modeling and design.
VO: your under graduation CGPA?
Me: Told.
VO: When did you completed your under graduation?
Me: 2020 July officer.
VO: what are you doing since then?
Me: Working as a QC engineer in xxx concrete plant.
VO: How about fundings?
Me: My parents are sponsoring for my education with savings of xxx and combined annual income is xxx per annum. Apart from that we are also having an immovable asset of xx crores. If there is any emergency, I can use them officer.
