Degree in Technology/Business Management/ Sales & Marketing is required
Strong understanding of value-based selling.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership skills
Entrepreneurial spirit & Software Related skill would be a plus.
Expert problem-solving and analytical skills.
knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
Competency in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be fluent in written, oral communication in English & effective presentations and demonstrations .

Duties and Responsibilities
◦ identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
◦ carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
◦ prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
◦ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
◦ Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
◦ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
◦ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
◦ B2B meetings with potential and dormant customers to prospect for new business opportunities
◦ Effectively negotiates with clients by clarifying, emphasizing agreement terms, and working through differences to achieve a positive outcome
◦ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
◦ Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
◦ Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
