Description: Real estate sales supervisors are trained professionals who support, coach, and oversee sales consultants and purchasers to help them reach their objectives. Their responsibilities include displaying houses, determining the buyer's wants, giving local sales data, making offers, and resolving client issues.

Duties and obligations:

Plan and arrange the schedules of sales representatives. Do lead generation research using company directories, online searches, or other digital resources. Teach and coach sales representatives. Manage sales representatives and assistants.

Respond to follow-up calls from potential customers and their inquiries, collaborate with the sales team to close deals, and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales reports. achieving all sales targets and objectives assist salespeople.

Job requirement:

Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills. Relationship management skills and an openness to receiving feedback. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Three years or more of relevant real estate sales experience.

Salary: Competitive salary and commissions
