Description: Our company, Top technology plc–distributor of telecom products and services, is looking for a skilled sales manager who can plan, execute and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing daily tele birr sales department operations, hiring and training sales staff and expected to make the company a better place to work.

Job responsibility
• Oversee zonal and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales staff and or representatives
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities at zonal and regional levels
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Develop and provide training and development programs
• Define and execute territory sales plans
• Preparing sales budget and projections and approving expenditures
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics and make informed decisions
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports
• Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
• Identify potential and or emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as sales manager or other sales position
• BA degree in Marketing, business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• Experience in planning, budgeting and executing sales campaigns
• Experience in hiring, managing and mentoring sales staff
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as sales manager, sales supervisor.
• Knowledge of Telecom industry and/or TELE BIRR operations is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
