Description: we are looking for the job of General Manager of to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategy and programs. The detail responsibilities and requirements:-
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve company goal
• Responsible for short –term and long-term planning, drive initiatives throughout the management team and the organization that contribute to long-term operational excellence
• Conduct monthly and annual operational meetings with direct reports to review previews period all activities of the company, customer survey and satisfaction and to keep employees up to date with company and industry behavior
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
• Prepare annual budget, operational plan and strategic plan for the company
• Expected to improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of a company
• Responsible for maximizing the profitability, growth and development of the company and create good relationship with existing and potential customer
• Overseeing daily business operations
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Motivating managers and staff
• Managing budgets and improving revenue
• Evaluating performance and productivities
• Researching and identifies growth opportunities
• Develop and implement delivery capacity building programs to staffs in the delivery team
• Oversee and manage data and delivery analyst by identifying key areas to contribute in the various areas , and managing work plans and execute effectively against the plan
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of all employees according to their plan
Job requirement and skill
• Masters or degree in business administration/ related field with 8 years’ experience and above, and additionally information technology or computer science diploma or degree
• At best, experienced in similar position
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to achieve target
• Be able to act decisively and solve problems
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Self-starter with motivation, ownership and commitment
• Can act as a champion for change and delivery and can effectively support change management effort
• Strong set of personal values including integrity , honesty and desire to be of service
• Fluency in English and Amharic languages
