Description:
We are looking for young and energetic individual with the dedication and commitment, fitting our company's aspirations, ready to work on the Tender Officer activities within our company.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Conduct all communications and documentation within the ERP.
• Register all tenders and RFQs within the division and other processes within the ERP in order to be considered. Here, not only registering an opportunity but all intermediary activities and findings must be properly logged.
• Complete the tender data already registered.
• Communicate with the Sales Coordinator for the timely purchase of the considered bid documents under your pipeline.
• Go through the whole bid document to have a general understanding of the tender.
• Record the tender checklist on ERP to filter the stated requirements from the bid document.
• If the bid passes Sinopia’s pre-evaluation process, go through the details of the bid document, and plan how to proceed within the given time frame.
• Follow all the milestones of the tender opportunities’ on ERP according to the listed checklists on each stage.
• Follow up with the Client for any clarification responses and further amendments.
• Proper ERP documentation of all documents related to the tenders under your pipeline.

Job Requirements
• BSc Degree in Engineering with CGPA 3.00 and above
Competencies:
• Able to read for long hours
• Business survey
• Analytical Skills
• Work experience: 1 year of experience in Tender Activity.
