4) Yes Bank, Dish TV: Yes Bank had issued a notice to Dish TV, requisitioning an extraordinary general meeting to consider the reconstitution of the board, a media report mentioned.

2) Infosys: Infosys announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop quantum computing capabilities and use cases.

3) Airtel: The company announced that its Rs 21,000 crore rights issue will be open from October 5 – October 21, 2021.

4) Vodafone Idea: Vi’s MD and CEO Ravinder Takkar mentioned that with the new telecom reforms, there should be no reason to believe that Vodafone Idea will go away.

5) Zomato: Zomato and Swiggy have reached out to the government to seek clarification about the recent decision change under the GST framework.
