The State Bar of Georgia wants to hear from We The People so that lawyers who act unethically and/or unlawfully can be investigated and if necessary, disciplined.

Under new rules passed on January 9, 2021, you can file a grievance complaint against a member of the State Bar of Georgia even if you are not a client and even if you reside outside the State of Georgia.

Lawyers who file frivolous lawsuits to “shake down” another person must be investigated and if necessary, disciplined.

The State Bar of Georgia does not approve of lawyers in Georgia abusing the legal system.

Nicole J. Wade, Jonathan D. Grunberg, and G. Taylor Wilson of the soon to be defunct Atlanta law firm of Wade, Grunberg & Wilson, LLC are members of the State Bar of Georgia.

Their attorney, Andrew “Andy” Beal of the Atlanta law firm of Buckley/Beal is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

As a public service to assist the State Bar of Georgia in its efforts to “police” the Georgia Bar, I am posting below the link that will explain how the public can file grievances against lawyers licensed in Georgia.
