Today I received a letter from Peter Canfield which has a touch of Peter’s well-known condescension and sarcasm, basically advising that a resolution of the dispute should wait until the State Bar of Georgia investigation is completed.
What???
What does the State Bar investigation have to do with Mercer Law School’s actionable slander of my reputation???
Wait, I think I get it.
Mercer Law School is expecting the State Bar of Georgia to disbar me which the school will use as a legal excuse to take my name off the courtroom AND keep my $500,000!
