Key Responsibilities
- Establish organization’s cash management strategies including plans to ensure efficient use of organization’s cash and ability to raise liquidity.
- Review and validate the payment requests, check supportive documents, and process the needed approvals to ensure compliance with corporate regulations are followed.
- Prepare and review all the bank facilities applications that includes but not limited to LC’s, LG’s, Tender Bonds, Performance Bonds, LTR’s, Bill
Discounting and other credit instruments, such as the bill of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, etc.
- Execute LC’s in addition to other trade finance and banks facilities instruments.
- Lead the department's cash flow budgeting processes to acquire funds.
- Ensure that a company's cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively.
- Maintain relationship building with financial institutions to support financing needs and other treasury operations.
- Frequent supervision and follow up to ensure allocating daily banking works, documents and cash transmittal.
- Negotiate bank and service fees, loan or overdraft terms with company bankers.
- Assess & analyze any new finance offers.
- Plan and report estimated cash flow on a weekly, bimonthly, monthly and quarterly basis by reviewing the funding needs, and report all the treasury activities to senior management.
- Review bank statements and bank balances, check accounts balance to ensure submission of issued PDC and follow up bank loan repayment schedule and reporting.
- Manage monthly regular payments and emergency payments and follow up to ensure formalities and compliance with polices and guidelines.
- Prepare or monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial
- Evaluate the financial impact of new business ventures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) - preferrable.
• 10 to 15 years of Treasury experience preferably in a listed manufacturing corporation.
