The United States has announced a new aid package for Ukraine worth $150 million. The package consists of two main parts:1. The first tranche of $150 million includes:
- Missiles for the HAWK surface-to-air missile system.
- Ammunition for HIMARS.
- 155 mm and 105 mm artillery shells, 81 mm mortar shells.
- TOW missiles, Javelin, and AT-4 anti-tank systems.
- Small arms ammunition, grenades, explosive equipment, and ammunition.
- Tactical vehicles for towing and transporting equipment.
- Spare parts, maintenance, and other field and auxiliary equipment.
- Tactical air navigation systems and aircraft support equipment.
2. The second part is a $2.2 billion package for Patriot and NASAMS air defense interceptor missiles, provided under an accelerated procedure due to a change in the order of US foreign deliveries.
