At the request of the Prosecutor General's Office dated April 12, Roskomnadzor blocked the website of the Russian Service of The Moscow Times. This is announced by the media itself.

The Moscow Times with a reference to Roskomnadzor's database of restrictions points out that the reason for blocking is the article on 11 police officers refusing to fight in Ukraine and returning to Russia.

Since the beginning of the war Roskomnadzor blocked the websites of a few dozens of independent media, including the Russian BBC Service, MediaZona, Meduza and Deutsche Welle.
