Artist Hiroyuki Hamada: "As we consume TV shows, scroll screens, be surrounded by mass produced items, and subject ourselves to imperatives of corporate institutions, how we perceive, how we relate to each other and how we form our communities have become the very functionalities in perpetuating the system. In many occasions, an acceptable discussion which takes place in this sphere must observe this artificial framework as “reality”—the process consecrates the framework as our “god” and the process turns our unconscious to be guided by the values, norms and beliefs of the ruling class.
