Trigger warning: self harm.So how is it like, to have to restrain yourself to not bash your head on the wall, or to have to bury it under your pillows like an ostrich, when you try to hold back ill thoughts, and then remember that you can't or you might just keep it buried?
How is it, to have to bite your lips and grab onto yourself, to try to plant your feet into the ground whenever you're near an edge?
To have to scream into your own breath because you think someone is listening to your thoughts about if the salt would quench your boiling sorrows under the ocean waters or not?
How is it like to be frightened of your pens and pencils, to tell yourself "No" over and over and over and over again at the sight of knives.
