The HR Industry Transformation Plan (ITP) was launched today!

Providing a 5-year roadmap to strengthen the HR profession and HR practices in Singapore, it aims to build HR capabilities for sector and enterprise transformation, and uplift HR professionals with relevant skills and mindsets.

Businesses can tap on the HR ITP to digitalise HR, build strategic HR capabilities and implement progressive practices. HR professionals can further equip themselves through becoming certified HR practitioners, building future-ready skills, and riding on HR leadership development opportunities.
