Description:
The Personal Assistant will provide support and report directly to the director of P365.AC. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage daily operations, including processing new business applications and monitoring productions.
In this role, the personal assistant will
• Ensure the efficient and effective running of key communications channels (online and offline)
• Prepare meeting agendas and presentations
• Run errands for the Director
• Responsible for all general administrative
• Handling General/Commercial insurance
• Assist in recruitment such as arranging schedule and appointment
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time
Requirements
• Independent and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Full time job, immediate start
Salary: $2500-$3000 a month
Requirements & Remarks:
The ideal candidate should preferably be equipped with the following:
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience in supporting the leaders in the finance sector
• Positive, detail-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative to perform the tasks assigned
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
