2020-03-20 14:01:48 After a lengthy development process, several months of beta testing and two weeks of "quiet rollout", we can finally announce: UTEX is up and running and ready to welcome everyone.

Many of you know that we tried to launch UTEX in April last year. We held a tournament for traders as the opening event. However, we had to cancel the competition because about 20 thousand people attempted to access the platform at the same time, causing it to run erratically. As a result, we postponed the launch of UTEX and the tournament.

We took a lot of effort to eliminate errors: optimized the technical platform, implemented additional functions and handled possible negative scenarios. Go to UT Media to find out what is available to UTEX users now and our plans for the future.

2020-03-13 13:55:24 Some time ago we asked UTEX beta testers to pass the second level of KYC procedure.

As promised, yesterday we gave $10 to the first 200 users who had gotten the second level verification. This money was taken from the common prize fund we announced last year.

This task was meant to check the customer personal data verification system. Compliance with KYC procedures is a requirement of the EU law since our cryptocurrency exchange is registered in EU. Our system has been successfully tested.

Now, Q4 sees the public release of the exchange, followed by the new competition for traders, and the option of using UT Token to pay fees.
