The responsibilities of a QSI SOCIAL MEDIA HELPER include: Uploading
YouTube, Rumble and Odyssey platform content, keeping ongoing documentation of videos and video metadata, working with assets generated by the QSI Design Team and QSI Media Team and uploading them with the copy provided by QSI Marketing Team.
In addition to helping to manage live content on the various platforms, the
QSI Social Media Helper will also be responsible for updating the cloud backups of all social media content including video, thumbnails, descriptions, metadata, and cross linking to various QSI resources.
QSI Social Media Helpers will also act as moderators on QSI’s YouTube, Rumble and Odyssey platforms to ensure they stay clear of spam, misinformation, and slander against QSI or QSI Leaders and Members.
Successful candidates for the QSI SOCIAL MEDIA HELPER position:
Must be detail oriented and have experience collaborating on the cloud using Google Drive and Google Docs.
Must be well versed in Google Drive permissions, navigation, sharing, and collaborating.
Must be a highly motivated self-starter and familiar with Rumble and YouTube as the two main platforms for QSI.
Must be available 8+ hours per week for regular backing up of Social Media content and platform moderating.
Must be familiar with Telegram chat, sharing files, and grabbing files from the chat and pinned posts.
Must have regular access to a stable and reliable internet connection, as well as a computer and phone for easy cloud collaboration on Google Drive.
Must be process-oriented and able to stay organized working with written instructions for existing protocols and standards.
Must have passed QSI Begginers training
Must be an active member of QSI Global Chat, for a minimum of 6 months, subject to the evaluation of the QSI HR team.
Must be able to contribute a minimum of 8+ hours per week to
QSI SOCIAL MEDIA HELPER responsibilities and tasks.
