It is a common outcome and I know lots of people are having the same issue. After covid my body was exhausted and I had vitamins deficiency so it led to hair loss.

Vitamins that I use:
Vitamin B (biotin)
Vitamin C
Vitamin D

Essential oil that I use:
Peppermint essential oil
Rosemary essential oil
Lemongrass essential oil
Castor oil

Biotin as well as vitamin D can be harmful in large amounts so I really recommend everyone to get as much vitamins from your food as possible.

For the best result it is right to use both internal and external ways. For external use, the essential oils are a must!! Oiling your hair have had a long history in lots of cultures.

You can mix different oils in a small bowl and heat it for 30-60 seconds before use it on your hair. Massage it in your scalp only. There is no need to go through all of your hair. Warmth and massaging are going to make a blood circulation faster which helps with stimulating growth in your hair.

3. GINGER
Ginger contains natural oil, which is responsible for its taste. Chemical compounds in this oil include gingerols and shogals, which have an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. These compounds are also effective in treating nausea and vomiting.

Choose a liquid drug, for example, from Herb Pharm. Take 1 pipette with a small amount of water 20 minutes before meals, 2 times a day. With severe pain, 2-3 pipettes can be done.

Ginger is completely safe: during meta-analysis and reviews conducted on this issue, side effects were associated with a feeling of gastrointestinal discomfort in clinical trials, otherwise no side effects were found.

Relieves pain and inflammation
Ginger contains anti-inflammatory compounds that act in the same way as COX-2 inhibitors (drugs used to treat pain and inflammation).

Helps with menstrual pain
In the study, ginger at a dosage of 1 g per day, spread over several doses, was effective for pain relief in women with primary dysmenorrhea.

You can read the meta-analysis with all studies at this link

2. WILLOW BARK
The willow bark has been used for millennia. People have begun to use bark to anesthetize and reduce high temperatures. In ancient Greece, judging by the remaining records, bark was actively used: chewed or made of decoction.

White willow bark is a natural substitute for aspirin, a natural painkiller that contains a chemical called salicin and acts like aspirin. Unlike aspirin, the bark does not irritate the mucous membranes, the intake can be long at doses of 200−500 mg, to relieve acute pain 800−1200 mg.

It is effective for heat, headaches, including migraines, menstrual pain, osteoarthritis, lower back pain. Contains a large number of bioflavonoids with anti-inflammatory properties.

White willow bark has a high degree of safety, but it is not suitable for children under 3 years of age and pregnant women. Contraindicated use when using coagulants, stomach ulcers, sensitivity to aspirin. The willow bark can affect blood clotting. Stop using willow bark at least 2 weeks before the scheduled operation.

The first reaction to pain in most modern people is to take a pill. Popular painkillers that can "spill" neural connections between nerve endings and the source of pain seem to be a real salvation.

However, it is not safe: paracetamol and ibuprofen have a number of serious side effects, it is definitely not worth "jamming" migraines and pain during menstruation. Especially when there are numbers of natural alternatives.

1. MAGNESIUM
It is effective for many types of pain. It is better to use magnesium in the form of citrate to relieve pain. Pharmacy option: Magne B6 Forte (not to be confused with Magne B6, it is not suitable, as it contains magnesium lactate).

In case of migraines, a course intake of 600-700mg is desirable (divided into several doses during the day). Magnesium is a great antispasmodic! It helps with menstrual pain.

2. BOSVELIA
Bosvelia is a resin of incense wood. It has been used for thousands of years in Asian traditional medicine. Church incense also has a powerful antiseptic effect and "blessed" it in Ancient Egypt during rites, lung diseases, rubbed in the form of oil as an antiseptic. In fact, it really drives away "evil spirits" in the form of ailments and pimples.

Everything new is a well-forgotten old, and the bosvelius has recently fallen into the scientific interest of many researchers. Scientists have found that four acids in bosvelium resin have powerful anti-inflammatory properties. You can try to take bosvelia for any inflammatory bowel diseases.

What other diseases can bosvelia extract be useful for?

Gout, spinal pathologies;
Disorders in the body's lipid metabolism;
Increased blood sugar, diabetes mellitus;
Fatty liver hepatosis, other liver tissue lesions;
Inflammatory processes of different nature in the body;
Kidney, urinary tract diseases;
Tumors;
Bronchial asthma.
There are bunch of studies, google it! Naturally, don't rely on monotherapy!

Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, bosvelia is the most optimal additive for people who are looking for an alternative to a drug such as ibuprofen.

Swelling under the eyes is not just an aesthetic problem! Often bags under the eyes are the result of improper lifestyle, unbalanced nutrition, reaction to care or decorative cosmetics, as well as a symptom of health problems!

1.CAUSES OF SWELLING & EYE BAGS

One of the most common causes of swelling, especially in the evening hours, as well as bags under the eyes, is the defective operation of the lymphatic system.

Often swelling under the eyes is a symptom of the toxic effect of lectins - proteins that are almost unable to be absorbed by our body. Swelling of the face, neck, limbs, which is not removed by diuretic is a vivid symptom of hypothyroidism. Swelling is also possible with high insulin - it retains sodium.

In general, swelling is often an indicator of low protein, estrogen dominance, progesterone deficiency / surplus. Swelling causes sweet and salty products: glucose and sodium.

2. SWELLING PATCHES UNDER THE EYES

Hydrogel patches with swallow's Nest extract (Bird's Nest Aqua Eye Patch from SNP) will help to remove swelling under the eyes. Store the jar in the refrigerator! In case of severe swelling, you can pull a mask of the same company on top and even slightly "walk" on the face, tapping your fingers or vibrating massager. Swelling will take place in 30 minutes, checked!

3. HEMORRHOIDS CREAM HELPS WITH EYEBAGS

Hemorrhoids cream is an unexpected but effective remedy for bags under the eyes. In fact, many creams against bags under the eyes are a lightweight version of hemorrhoid ointments. They all have the same ingredients that moisturize and nourish.

2021-12-01 05:26:16 About life and death

What is the meaning of life for you from a biological and spiritual point of view?

Life is a complete nonsense!! Everyday I become more and more convinced in this! It is especially interesting to observe people searching for its meaning, for themselves, their destiny and other bull**it .

There's no point and no goal? Then figure out what's the problem?! And solve it!!! Well, I don't know. Earn enough to relax and forget about work.

How you deal with the fear of death?

I deal with the realization that death is an inevitable and absolutely physiological process. Fear of death is inflated by culture, religion and other nonsense. I'm not anything special and I don't have any special biological value. I am not the center of the universe, and the world does not revolve around me, and, accordingly, will not collapse after me.

Fear of death takes away from us most important - LIFE
