Mercer Law School Dean Cathy Cox invited me to speak on Legal Professionalism on January 16, 2020. It was a 2-hour discussion for which I received many laudatory comments, including from Dean Cathy “Diebold/Dominion” Cox.
In late May of 2020, Cox asked me to deliver remarks to the Mercer Law School Class of 2020.
Cox placed my remarks last after those of former Georgia Governor Nathan Deal. Ol’ Cathy told me, “I saved the best for last.”
What happened after May of 2020 to justify Mercer Law School’s false Zoom attack on me???
Oh yeah. I supported Donald J. Trump and fought for an investigation into the November 2020 Georgia election which used Dominion voting machines! How is that election looking now, Cathy?
That explains everything!
And one must never forget King & Spalding’s influence over Cox, Mercer University, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Ol’ Rod Rosenstein and Sally Yates are partners at King & Spalding! Talk about a rich and powerful international law firm!!! Wonder how many CCP clients pay the firm large sums of money???
My federal lawsuit against the members of the State Bar of Georgia Grievance Committee was dismissed by Judge Timothy C. Batten under questionable circumstances.
The order of Judge Batten (including his failure to recuse himself from the case) is on appeal so that civil litigation is still pending.
The Georgia Bar grievance against me is now almost exclusively based on the frivolous fraud complaint filed by Nicole J. Wade, Jonathan D. Grunberg, and G. Taylor Wilson of the invisible Atlanta law firm of Ghost, Ghost & Ghost, LLC. While that civil litigation is still pending, there is a motion to dismiss already filed on my behalf and a motion for sanctions/dismissal to be filed in the next few days.
In a well-reasoned dissenting opinion, Justice Clarence Thomas validated the legal legitimacy of the lawsuits filed on my behalf challenging the November 2020 and January 2021 Georgia elections.
The State Bar of Georgia is not authorized to serve as the State Speech Police to monitor lawyers’ personal exercise of their right of free speech on social media.
Enough is enough. The State Bar of Georgia has a professional duty to dismiss its frivolous grievance complaint against me. Unless the Georgia Bar believes it has the right to engage in political witch hunts. I do not believe that is a valid purpose of the State Bar of Georgia.
With its January 9, 2021 rule changes, the State Bar of Georgia urges members of the public across the nation to weigh in on matters relating to Georgia lawyers.
I am sure that the Bar’s Special Counsel, Chris Steinmetz, [email protected], wants the benefit of your thoughts about the Bar Grievance being pursued against me.
We The People have the most important voice of ALL.
A witness in a civil case who tries to avoid testifying often fears being confronted with a Hobson’s Choice - testify and commit the crime of perjury by lying under oath OR testify truthfully and admit to being involved in a crime (example: fraud).
