This is very hard to express because I don't want it to be taken the wrong way. I love woman in the work place. But I also identify house work and raising children as work.

So it breaks my heart that most working woman go from their 9-5 to another shift of cleaning and caretaking.

We have all seen the times where both parents come how the father starts relaxing and the mother goes straight to the kitchen to make food and even after that goes to wash the dishes topped with other work.
What I want is to :
A. See the efforts of housewives and househusbands as real valid jobs and not just staying at home.

B. To recognize the double labour of working people who also work at home and expect their counterpart (of any gender) to aid them in housework the same way they aid in providing money for the family.
