It is obligatory to be diligent in spreading knowledge with complete energy and strength so that the people of falsehood are not more energetic in (spreading) their falsehood, and that you be diligent in benefiting the Muslims in their religion and their worldly life.

ويجب أن تحرص على نشر العلم بكل نشاط وقوة، وألا يكون أهل الباطل أنشط في باطلهم، وأن تحرص على نفع المسلمين في دينهم ودنياهم.
