استمعنا من محافظ صلاح الدين الأستاذ بدر الفحل إلى رؤية وخطط الحكومة المحلية لتنمية وإعمار المحافظة.
شددنا على أهمية الاستقرار السياسي في المحافظة والتواصل مع جميع القوى السياسية لإنجاح مهمة الحكومة المحلية، وضرورة تنفيذ المشاريع التنموية والاهتمام بالمشاريع التي حققت نسب إجاز عالية، فيما بيّنا أهمية البنى التحتية والخدمة ذات التماس المباشر مع المواطن.
أكدنا أيضا ضرورة التواصل مع الوزارات وباقي مؤسسات الدولة،واستحصال صلاحيات الحكومات المحلية عملا بمبدأ اللامركزية كحق دستوري وقانوني.
We listened to Governor Badr Al-Fahl of Salah Al-Din about the local government's vision and plans for the province's development and reconstruction. We stressed the significance of political stability within the province and engaging with all political factions to ensure the success of the local government's initiatives. It was stressed that implementing developmental projects and prioritizing those with high approval rates are essential. Furthermore, we illustrated the importance of infrastructure and direct citizen engagement in service provision. We also affirmed the necessity of liaising with ministries and other state institutions, as well as securing the authorities of local governments in line with the principles of decentralization, as both a constitutional and legal entitlement.
