Due to a small error on AIP-7 code, adding $XVS was unsuccessful at this time. We will re-propose $XVS on AIP-8 along with $cake.

We will also be creating an additional AIP, AIP-9, to use the BNB from reserve to buy back ANN token and create higher liquidity for the protocol.
