The man who desecrated the monument to Leonid Azgaldyan was detained
The Armenian police established the identity of the citizen who desecised the monument to the national hero of Artsakh Leonid Azgaldyan the day before.
According to the press service of the department, on April 13 at 18:18 a signal was received that the monument to Leonid Azgaldyan, located at the intersection of Khorenatsi street and Mashtots avenue.
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact. As a result of the operational and investigative activities carried out, police investigators identified the criminal, he is a 58-year-old man living on Mashtots Avenue in Yerevan, he was taken to the Main Police Department and testified. He is currently detained. The investigation is ongoing.
