Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan visited the Ministry of Defence and met with the highest command staff of the Defence Army.
Speaking about security issues, Harutyunyan once again stressed that all Defence programs should be combined with the functions of Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Artsakh, adding that the main task remains to ensure the peaceful and sovereign life of the people of Artsakh.
