Lavrov commented on Bayramov's words about delaying negotiations by Yerevan
The Russian Foreign Minister noted that he had not seen any signals from any of the parties that they had changed their minds and did not want to participate in this work: "On the contrary, I received confirmation also in Yerevan and during the negotiations that delimitation is a very important component of all efforts at the current stage".
It should be noted that earlier Bayramov said that the artificial delay in negotiations on the normalisation of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations carries serious risks.
