First flight without a mask!
My faith in our species is a little shaken - 1/3 of the flight is cowering behind optional masks, including several kids.
Pay attention to how much of what you do is determined by your nervous system instead of your conscious decisions.
The root problem is that your fast and dumb nervous system tricks your slow, rational mind into making up stories to justify your reactivity.
You are not your feelings. You are not your fight or flight nervous system.
Be dangerous. Own your animal nervous system instead of letting it own you.
Or your kids.
