Here are five different ways to fast:

1. 16:8 intermittent fasting: Skip breakfast and eat your first meal 16 hours after your last meal the previous night.⁠

2. Danger Coffee intermittent fasting: This is a 16:8 fast but you get to drink a delicious creamy cup of @dangercoffeeofficial in the morning.⁠

3. OMAD/24-hour fast: Eat one large nutrient-dense meal per day. ⁠

4. Alternate day fasting: Fast for the entire day every other day and eat normally on the other days. For example, eat nothing on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Eat normally on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

5. Negativity fast: This one is more difficult than it sounds. Fast from negative thoughts/ideas. Anytime you notice a negative thought creeping into your mind, interrupt it with positive self-talk.
