Celery juice does not have any magical superpowers.
It contains some potassium, a few vitamins and can help you get more water, but other than that, it’s not that fantastic.
Celery is high in naturally-occurring nitrates, which can cause headaches in people who are sensitive.
What do I recommend you drink instead? How about sparkling water or a cup of @dangercoffeeofficial which contains way more hydrating minerals than celery juice and is much more pleasurable to drink.
