Let’s face it. Some things just don’t taste good in coffee, li | Dave Asprey Official

Let’s face it. Some things just don’t taste good in coffee, like mushrooms.

However, some ingredients actually do make your coffee taste better.

Here are five of my favorites:

1. Cinnamon: Perfect for sprinkling on your brew, this spice helps reduce inflammation and can help lower blood glucose.

2. Cacao butter: For a rich chocolate taste and healthy fats, blend a tablespoon of raw cacao butter with your coffee.

3. Rosemary: Is filled with powerful antioxidants. Add fresh rosemary while brewing your coffee to release its beneficial compounds.

4. Sea salt: Adds minerals and reduces bitterness.

5. Vanilla: Vanilloids in a real vanilla bind to pain receptors to reduce pain. They also reduce inflammation and may increase brainpower. Just be sure to get a brand that tests for mold.
