A more corrupt place, you will not find!" Yesterday on Oct 13th, 2021 Judge Brian J. Amero joined the Devil's ranks and unjustifiably dismissed the VoterGA - Favorito case that has been ongoing since Jan 2021. The reason given is oh so familiar.
"the Petitioners have not alleged a particularized injury, and therefore, do not have standing"
This decision immediately followed a Response Brief that Secretary Of State Raffensperger's office filed on Oct 12, 2021.
