There’s a lot happening right now. If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, one of the greatest things you can do is get outside and earth.

Earthing is reconnecting your body to the surface of the earth where free electrons are abundant. This powerful and scientifically proven strategy helps balance our own electric current. We are electrical beings and our nervous system is the conductor, impacting every function of our body.

Earthing also acts as a kind of umbrella, protecting us from man-made electrical fields all around us that puts significant stress on the human body.

Earthing is a natural way to support healing, reduce inflammation, improve sleep and immune responses and is a key stress management strategy among many other things.

Take your shoes off and get outside whenever you can as often as you can. Nature has always had the answers – we just have to look outside the narrative of greedy, private corporations and their paid scientists wanting to make big money off our sickness.
