1 year ago I was scraping through the final day of polling for the Queensland state election as a Candidate for Maryborough. Burnt physically, mentally and emotionally, it was the hardest rollercoaster journey of my life.
Being on the frontlines and experiencing the depth of corruption for myself and having my hands tied, my voice was all I had, even with threats of being taken to court.
I have been asked to stand again by a few parties since and I constantly get asked what party I do support and I can say with all confidence, absolutely none of them.
Don’t get me wrong, I am extremely proud of IMOP and what we achieved.
But the system we have been programmed to believe in has been a system of oppression since it was put in place. A system designed to keep the people believing they had rights and laws to protect them in order to keep them subdued... but it is a feudal system. A slave system. And every part of it is designed to be corrupt and protect the corruption.
