I have some exciting updates to share about the future of @Auto_Forwarder_Bot.

What's Changing?
Starting 12th June 2024, the payment of the @Auto_Forwarder_Bot will be processed solely through Telegram Stars. That means that there will be no pricing difference between users from India and other countries.


Why the Change?
Telegram now requires all bots to process payments through "Telegram Stars". If I use any other payment processor (like RazorPay and Stripe that I was using till now), Telegram will stop showing the bot to users on mobile apps.

My New Plans (Effective 12th June 2024):

Basic: 150 Stars/mo (equivalent to $2.99)
Pro: 250 Stars/mo (equivalent to $4.99)
Premium: 300 Stars/mo (equivalent to $5.99)


Don't worry, you'll still get all the @Auto_Forwarder_Bot features and exceptional support you know and love, with no changes to functionality during this transition period.
Please note that there is a total fee of 50-70% on Telegram Stars. I am taking this cut myself for now.
After July 12th, I may need to adjust the Star prices slightly to account for additional fees from Telegram and the app stores. But I'll give you enough notice before any changes, so you can decide what works best for your needs.

Recently Telegram shared a news about the mandatory use of a new payment method inside bots for all developers.

Starting from June 12, users will be able to purchase the membership using in-app payments like Google Pay and Apple Pay.

At the moment, it is not yet known what the prices will be when paying
with the new method, but Google and Apple typically take a 30% commission. We do not know if Telegram will charge anything above that. Add to that that India charges a flat 30% tax on income from cryptocurrency. This means that I may have to increase the prices for the bot

The good news is that I am going to add a lot of features to make that price worthwhile
Also, paying for a bot may become easier.

The bad news is that this will not work for all countries.
For example, in Russia, in-game purchases are only available from Apple devices that have a cell phone payment method specified.

I am waiting for more information. Till then, you can enjoy and purchase the premium membership using @AutoForwarderHelpBot with the current pricing.

You might have noticed the bot responding and forwarding messages slowly.
It was an issue at Telegram's end which caused most of the bots on telegram to slow down.

There are (two) big updates coming soon

1. New architecture
I am working on a new architecture for the bot that will allow us to increase number of servers very easily. This will help premium users to be able to use the bot without any delay.

For free users, I will be able to quickly add new servers so that everyone is able to use the bot without issues

Status: The beta testing is still going on and I will be concluding it very soon. I am expecting to release it by the end of April.

2. Web GUI for using the bot
I am working on creating a web app to configure and run forwarding. This will allow you to configure your forwarding very easily from a website with a GUI. It gets very difficult to configure everything with the bot and I understand that.

Status: I am trying to release to very basic first version of web GUI which will let you login to my website using your telegram account and then allow you to manage your session on the website.
I am trying to release it within the next week.

Slowly, I will be adding more features to it.
