I have noticed that some people confuse the words "ingestion" and "congestion". They sound a bit similar but don't mix them up.
INGESTION is an occurence when some object is sucked into the engine. (попадание, всасывание)
E.g. Bird ingestion caused engine vibration and pilots had to shut it down.
CONGESTION is a situation in which a place is too blocked or crowded causing difficulties.
(скопление)
E.g. Major airports need new runways to relieve traffic congestion.
