Pilot-induced situation is a situation which is caused by pilot's actions.
E.g.
Runway incursion is an unauthorized occupation of the RWY (without clearance of ATC).
We can speak about different scenarios here:
1)Pilot- induced situation: pilot confused an active runway with a taxiway
2)ATC- induced situation: ATC gave misleading instructions
3)Weather-induced situation: poor visibility at the airfield
