Two things you can during these times.

1. Look at my charts, bid key levels and enjoy life
2. Invest a portion of your salary/profits each month and don't bother about short term movements

Note: If you do have spare time, finding new narratives can be a good idea but it's tricky as you want to find a narrative that will come into play in 1-2 years.

Everything else you do now is gambling.

In short, with futures ETFs, retail doesnt hold any BTC, as everything is settled in cash.

If futures BTC price pumps, spot will follow.

Simple.
