NEW VIDEO: Evidence from Bucha claiming Russia killed civilians with artillery rounds packed with metal darts implicates Ukraine - not Russia!

-Russia held these positions that were shelled making it unlikely Russia was the one shelling the area;
-the "flechette" rounds have been used by Ukraine against their own people since 2014 - as previously reported by AFP;
