Correction: regarding Patriot missile production numbers - the article noting the doubling of missile production was from 2018 - this more recent announcement claims Lockheed may be able to produce 500 by next year:

Even if Lockheed makes 500 missiles a year, and ALL missiles are sent to Ukraine, this will only match Russian cruise missile production IF Russia is only making 40/month as Ukraine claims. Patriot missiles even if 100% effective, would still fall short in defending against OTHER long-range precision weapons Russia uses - Ikander, Geran-2, MLRSs, and others.
